Top/Recomended Apps

Based on user subs and LTD, have a recommended apps to new users inside if the account. 

  1. Introduce Analytics for inbuilt DB products using user Subs
  2. Show this to Users in notification area
  3. Introduce deal link in product db with Active status
  4. If user click on this in the notification area, take them to deal link in new tab. 
  5. Introduce Featured Deal flag to enable admin to show this in user notification area.
  6. Also Show product platform in this notification area.
